Biking Safety Ready to Commence!

For the next two weeks we will be biking for an hour to an hour and a half every afternoon once we get fitted to our bikes.  The Bike Safety program is one of the neatest team building activities that we do each year.  Due to this huge chunk out of our schedule the morning schedule will be adjusted to have Math, Reading and Writing in shorter blocks working around specials and lunch helping. I hope to include some gardening before it gets too cold and we will also learn the basic machines using the bike as our investigation. If I can get it together we might also get in a few physics lessons. So don't think that we are just having fun out there, we are learning, learning, learning.

Conferences Complete!!! 95% attended and 100% completed!!!!! Yeah!!!

Two long and grueling days of 8am to 8pm meetings are complete!  With an amazing turnout. Thanks to all the great parents who showed up and those who were kind and considerate to call and reschedule or wait a few minutes in the hall.  Conferences were very successful.
